Grid Fix Grid Fix is a Chrome extension that I have been using frequently when meeting with students virtually. Since this is a Chrome extension, it is free and can be accessed easily from the tool bar.  Benefits of Grid Fix: I began using Grid Fix because I could not see all of my students' faces/screens when meeting with them virtually due to the large number in the meeting. I then installed Grid Fix so that I could see up to 48 students at a time. This has been beneficial for me during instruction because I can easily see all students and monitor if their hands are raised, or if they are struggling with concepts based on their facial expressions.  Changes to future instruction: While continuing to use this in the future, I will eventually have all students add this tool to their tool bar so that they are also able to see everyone during our Google Meets. This will allow them to see their classmates and I all at once instead of only the speaker.

  Pomodoro Pomodoro  is a Chrome extension discussed by   Holly Clark   on her blog that can help students remain on task by assisting with time management. Since it is a Chrome extension, it is free and can be downloaded on any device with a Google platform. This extension is very flexible and easy to use. How to use: 1. Click on the browser action icon. 2. Select the number of minutes for the "deep work" session. 3. Have your students work for the selected number of minutes. Overview : Benefits: - Helps students remain on task and focused - Helps students create and work in short periods of time  - You can change timing based on student need - Use when reading to make sure students are completing the appropriate minutes needed - Suitable for both online and in-person classrooms

  MobyMax MobyMax is a school- wide online learning site that helps with students' development of oral language, reading, spelling, and writing skills for students. Students receive student-driven personalized instruction when using MobyMax, which can greatly benefit their learning.   Students work independently through individualized learning activities, just like Lexia.  All subjects are included such as science, reading, math, social studies, spelling, and language, and students can work at their own pace. Educators are informed when students pass or fail the lessons so that they are aware of when students need help and/or support. Since it is a Chrome extension, it is free and can be downloaded on any device with a Google platform. This extension is very flexible and easy to use. How to use: This extension can be used to display instructions for lessons visually. There are thirteen widgets available to support classroom activities during lessons. This tool is easy to use and instructions can be adjusted on your device in real time, if needed.
